Your mission will be to search for new potential distributors; retaining and maintaining the current clients, increasing according to the objectives proposed annually and monthly by the general director.

What will your day to day be like?

Reporting directly to the Manager of the Spanish filial, your functions will be :

  • Collaborate with the general management to establish business strategies
  • Implement the commercial strategy in the field
  • Consolidate and increase sales of current customers
  • Conduct prospecting for new wholesale points, distributors and maintenance managers
  • Manage sales in the national market
  • What we offer?

  • Stable position
  • Full time (40h / week)
  • Hours : Mon-Fri 9am-6pm flexible depending on visits
  • Annual gross salary : 25.000€ - 30.000€ (according to candidate profile)
  • Variable gross salary : + 1.5% sales (approx 25.000€; monthly or quarterly payment)
  • Diets for commercial trips
  • What are we searching?

  • Professional degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Very valuable : have experience in the HORECA, ERP sales, business management systems or technology
  • Leadership skills, customer and goal orientation, negotiation skills, flexibility
  • Availability to travel between 15% and 25% national territory
