Being the point for contact for all HR administrative issues in Portos site

Contribute to answer employees questions or dispatch to concerned area

Support the onboarding and off boarding process.

Other HR Talent Acquisition functions :

  • Promote & develop jobs opportunities;
  • Provides HR Manager regular feedback.

    Contribute to Monthly KPIs follow-up.

    Qualifications :

    Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar area

    Experience is highly valued and is required at least :

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, developed in a multinational company.
  • HR Generalist or Administrative background
  • Skills& Basic Features : Mandatory :

  • English & French & Other European Language Mandatory (oral & written);
  • Discretion and Confidentiality;
  • Relational Skills;
  • Organization Skills.
  • Essential :

  • Positive attitude;
  • Sense of responsibility and risk;
  • Being autonomous
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Social media and internet skills;
  • Very good written and oral communication skills.

    Desirable :

  • Goals-oriented;
  • Be able to adapt to changes and evolution;
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Start date : ASAP

    Contract Type : Permanent
