Solvay Busines Services (SBS) is the global organization supporting internal and external growth by integrating the major end-to-end administrative processes as well as the information services of the Solvay Group, through three strategic objectives : strategic agility and customer centricity, service excellence and talents and innovation.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

The candidate will report to the Treasury Service Unit Tools & BAM Manager (*), but this is a transversal and strategic position serving the full SBS Finance Service Line, with a worldwide scope.

BAM Bank Account Management)

  • Communication of FSL : propose communication strategy, work with responsible people in FSL to prepare and send email communication to the Finance community, maintain Solvay One space of FSL and publish articles, maintain Google Currents community, organise finance events (eg.
  • finance live session), manage diverse communication initiatives.

  • Documentation : Manage the documentation in difference platforms, eg. Confluence / Wiki, Aodocs, Google My Drive & Shared Drive.
  • Provide trainings to the colleagues of FSL.

  • KPI / OPI : On a monthly basis, get extraction from SAP, Freshdesk etc for data analysis.
  • KPI (Key Performance Indicator) : maintain the FSL KPI dashboard in QlikSense, publish KPI calculation file to FSL.
  • OPI (Operational Performance Indicator) : data extraction and analysis for Key Closing Steps OPI, work closely with Finance SL managers and Finance Op.
  • Managers for the follow up. New steps in OPIs need to be created.

  • SBS Customer Relationship : manage customer complaints, customer satisfaction survey and follow up.
  • Support diverse digital projects in FSL : RPA, Freshdesk, Service One Project
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor in Finance, Business, Management or Digital Communication / Marketing
  • Finance background will be a plus
  • Skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Creative, strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud will be a plus.
  • Proactive mindset, willingness to make change happen and go the extra mile
  • Excellent analytical and time management skill with experience in different digital tools
