Randstad Professionals is specialized in the recruitment of middle and senior positions.

Our client is looking to strengthen their team with a Junior System Administrator and their offices are located in Coimbra.

descrição da função / job description

Assist on Service Quality management in all phases, ensuring that it is aligned with the needs and expectations of the organization.

Follow and monitoring of policies and procedures, and assurance of their correct execution by IT Service providers and technical teams in line with the company's standards.

Participation in the end-to-end incident management process related to the user post, and help on the support and coordination of the necessary actions until

their resolution.

Assist on the preparation of technical reports related to the service (Service level agreement, incidents, among others).

Supporting on improvement actions derived from incidents; improvement proposals together with the technical teams involved.

Assist on purchases and distribution of IT equipments.

Assist on Design and build visually rich applications and dashboards to measure, track, and display key business metric using Microsoft technologies to help improve business processes.

Help on effective service system in customer service center regularly to ensure efficient working throughout working hours.

requisitos / requirements

Specific knowledge of Workplace management tools : Active Directory, Windows; Azure administration, Office 365 Suite, Deployment and Update Tools, ITSM tools, etc.

Create and maintain systems / services documentations, training programs / materials, operating manuals within assigned scope.

Experience improving, automating service catalogues reducing manual work and wait times.

Good English oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a technical and non-technical audience.

Experience with workplace equipment support : desktop, laptop, smartphone.

Experience working directly with IT and business users.

Exceptional Customer and End User Experience focus.

Experienced in working with on- and off-shore Service Desk, infrastructure, and application support teams to continuously identify opportunities to improve L1 / L2 experience and support activities.
