Job Purpose :
We are searching for a Technical Product Owner / Business Analyst Ecosystems to join our dynamic and passionate team. As a key part of our Product team, you will be working in an agile product development team, directly with the C-level Product Officer, Product Management, and Principal Engineers.
What you will be doing
Working in an agile product development team, you will be working directly with Product and Technology teams.
Contribute to the definition of the product and requirements strategy that aligns to Imburse's product vision
Develop and refine the product and sprints backlog based on the product roadmap. The backlog is to be developed bridging business to technical communications
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders so that can gather, write and cost / benefit analysis all stories and diagrams
End-to end ownership and customer focused facilitating and acceptance testing
Act as a product evangelist and partner closely with engineering stakeholders
Synthesise changes and technology improvements into actionable improvements for the platform
What you need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of work experience in agile software development acting as a Technical Product Owner or Business Analyst
Relevant experience in Ecosystems, Marketplace, B2B e-commerce or others in the Fintech / Financial Services Industry or Payments
Ability to develop a 360 view of Business, Technology and UX perspective
Strong analytic, problem-solving and quantitative skills; self-starter with a passion for startups, product development and personal responsibility
Results-orientation, to execute and complete deliverables in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication, written and presentation skills in English (other European language is an advantage)
Balances technical and business, understands what is possible and what will have the biggest impact on business
Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally and active listener and clear communicator
