We are a happy company. Here you can be a happy professional; we will take care of you. Customer Care Assistant (m / f) - Oeiras Reporting to the COO this professional will have the following responsibilities : - Answering Customer Service inquiries via incoming calls, emails and ticketing system;
Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience.- Handle any other customer inquiry, complaint or request;
Provide technical support across multiple internal platforms;- Be able to understand when to escalate tickets to other departments;
Guarantee that tickets are solved within the contracted SLA’sProfile- Degree or Master’s Degree;- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role- High English level;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Methodic and Organized - Self-motivated and self-directed;- Smart risk taker- Strict, Focused, Responsible, Initiative and Demanding;
