Responsibilities :

  • Incident resolution within supported applications;
  • End-to-end customer experience providing a single point-of-contact;
  • Functional support in applications;
  • Technical Support in applications;
  • Documenting all actions and communication in the tickets;
  • Knowledge transfer inside the team regarding the applications and support activities.
  • Skills :

  • Fluent in English (mandatory);
  • Experience in Application Support;
  • Experience in Help Desk / Service Support;
  • Basic knowledge of network configuration;
  • Knowledge of Web Development (HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, );
  • Knowledge of PKI certificates support and operations;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of Windows systems;
  • Knowledge of Active Directory or another LDAP;
  • Problem solving and research skills;
  • Ability to learn customer support processes and techniques;
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting Single Sign-on is a plus;
  • IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification is a plus.
