We are bringing an Operations Director on board to support us in maintaining our business quality standards and achieving high-level performance.

Your mission at Webhelp

At Webhelp, your contribution will make a difference in the business of our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the management and improvement of production.

You will set the objective with the Customer accounts department to answer client expectations and developing the quality of customer relations on the projects by ensuring compliance with norms and internal processes.

What you will be doing at Webhelp

As an Operations Director , you will :

Analyze production indicators to identify improvement levers

Follow margins / efficiency and make the adjustments necessary for the entire perimeter

Analyze recruitment forecasts and ensure optimum use of available production positions

Ensure compliance with the processes and quality standards (ISO, NF345, LRS)

Follow the turnover, absenteeism, control rates and drive the necessary action plans

Manage reporting requirements for the projects

Prepare and lead production / steering committees and client visits

Contribute to the welcoming of clients / prospects during the visits

What we are looking for

Your natural talent for B2B environment interactions and project management will get you far in your journey with us. Your ability to manage time effectively and to achieve the targets defined by the client is what we are looking for.

We’ll be a great match if you :

Are Native or Proficient in French (C2) (mandatory)

Are fluent in English (B2)

Have proven work experience in the field - a minimum of 2-3 years.

Have previous experience in team’s management (Contact Centers is a plus)

Pride yourself with excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Possess solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office for reporting and analysis purposes
