Imagine you are almost packing your bags to go on vacation and you found a last opportunity discount to book a flight to Brazil.
You get off work and you are so excited to finally book your flight, but as you start typing on your computer it seems there is a problem with your search engine and you can no longer find your discount What a disaster! Well, this is where you are needed! Your job in this company is to make sure people don't miss out on great things.
Want to know how? Keep on reading! We need you to be a good communicator with the ability to adapt to different customers.
Technical problems related to a search engine will be handled by you via email, phone or chat always with the goal of proving the best answers and solutions and at the same time you need to be able to document all the relevant case information.
With that being said, if you want to be a part of this amazing opportunity you will need to be a native Dutch speaker and have a English level of B2, in addition you also need to have experience in customer support and in technical troubleshooting.
Your workplace is in Oriente, Lisboa from 8 am to 5 pm, from Monday to Sunday with 2 weekly rotational brakes. Want to know more details about this offer?
