We are bringing a Global Learning & Development Manager on board to support us maintaining our business and training quality standards and achieving high-level production performance.

Your mission at Webhelp

As a Global Learning & Development Manager , you will be responsible for the global training curriculum, by setting up new learning activities and change processes and roll them out over the globe.

You will work with a team of local trainers and support them with implementing local trainings. You will play a key role in building a great and consistent global service experience for our client’s business.

What you will be doing at Webhelp

As a Global Learning & Development Manager , you will :

  • Produce reports for the mandatory programs based on agreed requirements and share with key stakeholders as agreed
  • Work closely with the L&D Teams, as well as other key stakeholders to determine training needs, objectives, and curriculum to support operational initiatives
  • Present training programs intended to motivate, challenge, strengthen and enlighten teams and to align skills with organizational and business needs
  • Train teams using a variety of techniques including instructor-led webinars, one-on-one training, classroom training & presentations
  • Ensure that Global Training Curriculum is correctly rolled out in the different local teams in a timely manner.
  • What we are looking for

    Your natural talent for B2B environment interactions and ability to create, plan, and manage activities effectively and strong business knowledge will get you far in your journey with us.

    We’ll be a great match if you :

  • Are fluent in English (C1)
  • Possess a degree in Business Administration (preferred) or related field
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in the Contact Center domain or in a Coordination role in training
  • Have proven ability to form and maintain high effective working relationships with all levels of seniority.
  • Possess strong IT skills in MS office packages and the ability to learn new IT packages.
  • Are experienced with knowledge management systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Have outstanding organizational skills
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and accurately and concisely.
  • Have a tenacious approach to project management, delivery and follow up.
  • Are available to travel occasionally

    Please note that non-EU residents must have a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered for employment.
