Team Lead Supply Chain Brazil - Lisbon

You will be leading the Brazilian Operations Team responsible for production, warehousing, customer servise and deliveries (last mile) in that country. Monitor the quality and performance of our customer deliveries to identify improvement opportunities from payment to delivery. You will be responsible for developing new suppliers and for supporting the launch of new products for the Brazilian market. Drive the selection of and negotiations with production suppliers for both new and existing products. Devise an appropriate action plan and work with the suppliers to achieve continuous improvement to quality of delivery. Work with the country manager to grow the delivery network required for business growth. You will take responsibility for the execution of a sales-oriented demand forecasting process. You will create continuous demand forecasts and coordinate their elaboration, aligned with the global operations team and with international suppliers. You regularly check and analyze the existing planning parameters for the continuous optimization of the required inventory levels. You are responsible for ensuring the permanent availability of goods with optimum stock levels in cooperation with our warehouses and external suppliers. You will be responsible for our third-party accounting in Brazil. You will review accounting reports and check if there are no outstanding information. You will support the global accounting and finance team.

This is what you'll bring to us

  • You have finished a graduation degree in business administration, engineering, production or a related field
  • Ideally you have previous working experience with operations and/or supply chain and/or procurement in Brazil
  • You are fluent in Portuguese and English
  • You have a positive mindset to overcome problems and to find out of box - solutions
  • You enjoy team work and take ownership for your tasks
  • You are a self-starter and can work independently
  • You have a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics (last mile)
  • You are analytically strong and have a strong appetite for making evidence-based rational decisions
