We are looking for a 1st line support employee to support our Global IT team in daily tasks and growth with us to fulfill the promise we have made to deliver Friendly Homes and a Friendly Workplace ! You will always be able to count on the help of your colleagues, both international and local!

Your daily tasks on the job :

  • Dispatching tickets in a global IT environment
  • Creating accounts, Assigning groups, Providing accesses
  • Deliver services according to approved IT processes
  • Ordering and preparing devices for employees and infrastructure
  • Incident-, request fulfillment-, business critical-, change-, release management
  • Support users on different applications and services
  • Ensure smooth communication between the clients, IT Global team members and vendors to solve the problem
  • Take on the configuration, support, and maintenance of our Azure as well as onsite systems
  • Work closely to experienced devops and other colleagues
  • DARE to challenge routines, SHARE your knowledge with one another and CARE for your teammates, they are the bridge to continuous learning
  • It would be great if you have :

  • service minded attitude
  • technical insight and basic understanding of software development
  • high business know-how and understanding
  • knowledge and skills in how to support IT production site
  • good command of English (written and verbal)
  • troubleshoot approach
  • good personal and communication skills
