Part of your daily activities will be :
Resolving technical inquiries and troubleshooting of the online marketing platform in a B2B
environment;
Using judgment in defining solutions for clients and adapting existing processes and methods to craft
alternative solutions;
Using basic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis;
Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system providing
solutions in a timely fashion;
Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
Quais os benefícios oferecidos
Fixed term, full-time employment contract : 3 months trial period and after that it will be extended for a Permanent Contract (according to the Portuguese law)
Signing bonus : 3000€

Working hours : Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m (40h per week)
