  • The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup.
  • Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and adhoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team.
  • Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients.
  • Your Main Activities Are

  • Support the team, managing HR data in BNP HR tools
  • Provide support to the HR tools users
  • Manage the HR data quality and create new controls
  • Production of dashboards & ad-hoc reporting according to HR needs
  • Provide transversal support to the entire team in all subjects (Reporting, Systems, Regulatory,
  • etc.)
  • Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master degree in Management, Finance or Human Rersources
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Advanced level of French is a plus
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint etc.) package advanced level is required
  • Skilled relationship builder - ability to work with different stakeholders
