Who are we looking for

We are looking for a B2C Performance Marketing Specialist to boost our Talent Acquisition area across multiple channels and platforms.

Your main goal will be to bring tech professionals to register and make job applications on Landing.Jobs, leading our team and using our budget to do so.

Your role will be all about :

  • Participate in the definition of the overall Worldwide Talent Acquisition strategy, plan and goals with the CMO and the remaining Business Areas, assuring its execution, monitoring and management;
  • Manage digital user acquisition and all funnel initiatives for our products across different channels;
  • Master digital performance marketing tools like Facebook, Google, Linkedin Twitter, Google Tag Manager;
  • Support the continuous optimization of Customer Journeys on our acquisition channels (with special attention to our site and SEO) with our Tech team;
  • Analyse and report results to the CMO / Management, using them to guide future decisions about budget, channels, campaigns and audiences, proactively suggesting improvements;
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing to ensure Landing.Jobs stays ahead of the game in its strategy to engage and grow our user base
  • This is a remote work first position, with the possibility of office days ( Lisbon).

    Main requirements

    A good candidate for this position should be / have :

  • A data-driven and ambitious performance marketeer with 5 or more years of experience in international companies and markets
  • Good Interpersonal and Leadership skills
  • Experience managing projects and teams, good organization skills
  • Ambitious and looking for challenges and a career jump
  • Fluent in English, good and persuasive communicator, both written and orally
  • Master of many Marketing Channels
  • Experience managing acquisition budgets above 100K€ / year would be a big plus
  • Great reporting skills where Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Excel are second nature (SQL / Business Intelligence is a plus)
  • Used to a fast-paced demanding environment, and flexible enough to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives
  • Able to work well in a remote, async environment, with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
  • Resilient in face of adversities, and able to maintain calm under pressure
  • No-bullshit / get shit done personality
