Nowadays, companies in constant growth need to be distinguished by the exemplary support they offer to their customers. At some point, we all received an email or a call from a company where we are loyal to, explaining how their new application works or asking if the service is working well.

Let's be honest, we all like to be pampered. This is our client's goal! To provide the best solutions and support for its clients.

They need you to analyze the client's process and support the sales team in order to present the best opportunities and recommendations, always thinking of the clients needs.

You will provide support and then take this opportunity to generate a better experience for the client by improving what they have or even proposing a new product or service that could value them.

You need to have a C2 level of English since you will be dealing with English-speaking clients, background in Data Analyst and, at least, 1 year of experience in customer service or outsourcing.

You will work in a dynamic and international environment where teamwork is very important. The schedule will be from 9 am to 6 pm, from Monday to Friday (with free weekends as we like) in Parque das Nações, with a very attractive salary.
