The CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking) Talents Programme Leader drives the Group Leaders for Tomorrow initiative within BNP Paribas CIB.

The responsibilities of this professional covers all dimensions of the programme : identification process, communication and coordination of development actions for our global population (about 2500 employees, including ALMT).

Additionally, this role is also responsible for the efficiency of this CIB Talent pipeline, implementing the Group philosophy and CIB specific objectives for the programme, identifying needs, providing solutions and following up their results on all dimensions

Your Main Activities Are

  • Coordinate the Leaders for Tomorrow identification process, and the operational follow-up for these populations, with the support of the CIB HR Hub
  • Organize and run, on a regular yearly or bi-annual basis, identification and refuelling Talents campaign
  • On-board the Leaders for Tomorrow cohorts and their managers; Regularly communicate towards these populations throughout the programme
  • Informs and partners with the CIB global Talent Management community (Business Lines, Regions and Countries Heads of HR, Talent Managers, HRBPs );
  • Circulate best practices

  • Manages all current CIB-specific initiatives, including the CIB EMEA Emerging Talents and the CIB Meet & Greet programmes
  • Creates and nurture connection with the CIB Leadership Team members at this occasion
  • Run regular listening actions towards the Leaders for Tomorrow, to define priority areas for development and develop ad hoc actions
  • Manages the application and selection process to all Leaders for Tomorrow events for our CIB populations, ensuring a diverse and inclusive representation of all our populations
  • Monitors the main KPIs of efficiency of the Leaders for Tomorrow pipeline
  • Manages the CIB HR budget dedicated to the Leaders for Tomorrow initiative
  • Run market watch on Talent Management in Investment Banking businesses
  • Profile and Skills to Success

  • Academic Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Management or related field;
  • Professional experience of at least 5 years in Human resources related roles, with previous experience as an HRBP being a strong plus
  • Strong interest and knowledge of Talent Management practices
  • Comfortable in a transversal position, and demonstrating the capacity to lead a network with diverse and demanding contributors.

  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate) is mandatory, French is a nice to have
