Scape Workspaces will offer a service of Social Media Management for its clients, so the proponent must be able to manage the social media of several companies, with these key skills :
Navigate well the marketing market to find good designers and content creators to develop social media campaigns.
Capacity to analyze a company’s DNA and be able to propose a digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identify strategic recommendations.
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
The job will require the management of an independent cost structure as if it were an independent company so the proponent should have some corporate management skills or the ability and will to acquire them.
The job will require close interaction with the Community Manager, that will present companies that might be interested in the service and will also need to be able to fill in as community manager while she is on vacation and vice-versa.
Must be fluent in English, and good with Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel and ideally with design tools.
