You will be in charge of solving the second level technical issues that our customers are facing with our Salt Fiber Box.
Your responsibilities : Control of processes related to link orders in Fiber Optic : order management, error detection and implementation of solutions with our internal and external partnersTechnical knowledge in the following areas : network and Internet connectivity, Windows-MacOS-iOS-Android configuration.
Good LAN, WLAN (WiFi), VOIP knowledge.Knowledge of Apple TV product is a plusConfiguration and customer support by phone and email Your contributions : Experience in the Fiber optic area in Switzerland or abroad, particularly in problems resolution of setup and softwareVery good knowledge of French or German- English is a plusInterest in telecommunication products and very good IT skillsTroubleshooting and configuration : rotor, WiFi network, TV box, Fiber Optic setup, etcPersonal strengths : reliability, autonomy, punctuality and logical common sense in guiding a remote customer Have you always dreamt of working in an environment that encourages originality and diversity?
