Are you our next Production Supervisor (m / f)?
You will work within a team of multi-skilled engineers and you will be responsible for the performance, quality, quantities, deadlines and safety of your team at the workshop.
You will manage a team of 25 to 30 leatherworkers daily and will oversee and provide direct engineering support to the manufacturing team, create and update documentation for the manufacture of products, and assist in the training of all personnel.
Is this position made for you?
With an engineering background behind you, you’ll be competent in offering technical and operational expertise to your project team.
You have experience in optimising production processes as well as providing production support and training. You have a positive, proactive and pragmatic approach to issues and difficult situation.
You see yourself as a problem solver, someone who can be versatile and have a flexible approach to their daily duties.
