You will be in charge of :

  • Day to day operational interactions with clients, team members and all the departments;
  • Coordinating day-to-day activities to meet Service Level Agreements according with client?s needs;
  • Reporting on the overall performance of the team and suggest possible areas of improvement;
  • Manage staff schedules, staff attendance report, training and performance evaluation;
  • Define, organize and monitor processes, procedures and tools;
  • Team coordination and engagement by suggesting and improving team environment and motivation at work;
  • Work on team?s performance by defining individual and team level objectives;
  • Constantly working on team?s and company development and growth.

    You should know :

  • Passionate by team coordination and social media environment;
  • C1 level of English (written and spoken);
  • Easily adaptable to new circumstances, technologies and procedures;
  • Pro-active, self-starter and ambitious;
  • Organized and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently;
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in team management of at least 10 people;
  • Understanding of people management strategies, tools, strategies and methodologies;
  • Good communication and people skills;
  • Medium Microsoft tools;
  • Availability to work 24 / 7 shifts.
