Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will :
The Cloud Chief Architect will report to CNS Head of Design and Architecture. As the Cloud Chief Architect, you will be leading a virtual team of senior architects and be responsible for defining E2E blueprints, guidelines, technology selections pertaining to multi-cloud & hyper-scaler sub-domain.
You and the team will be responsible for defining blueprint per cloud environment that enables CNS Any Cloud strategy, i.
e. build once and deploy or manage on any cloud vendor environment. The multi-cloud sub-domain includes :
Data Center & Cloud Infrastructure Design & Architecture, this include HW blueprints, Network Blueprints, Storage Blueprints, as well as CaaS blueprints.
Multi-Cloud Blueprints, including HW, compute, storage, network, interconnect, K8S cluster, associated PaaS services. Regarding full life cycle management and management of the cloud infrastructure and workload (NF and APPS), the team will work with Automation sub-domain to establish standard blueprint for cloud native and virtualized applications and network functions and their management on different cloud environment in a fully automated manner.
Definition of the cloud-native workload, app-profile and its requirements
Your responsibilities will include :
Responsible for defining E2E and homogenous solution architecture for CNS and Nokia for cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, network), Container-as-a-Service (CaaS), PaaS services across different cloud enabling CNS application to build once and deploy or managed in any cloud vendor environment.
Responsible for defining standard blueprints per each cloud environment AWS (EKS, Outpost), Azure (AKS, AFO), Google (ABM, GCP, GKE, GDC), VMWare Tanzu, Openshift, NCS (Nokia Container Services).
Responsible to work with different HW, Networking and Storage Vendors such as Dell, HPE, Intel to define DC blueprint that is needed for the homogenous deployment or our Core, BA, and enterprise applications.
The team will also get engaged with key accounts and Pre-sales solution Architects to help push the common consistent E2E solution for CSP and enterprises to the fields.
Responsible for CNS Portfolio Architecture, guidelines and blueprints in multi-cloud sub-domain ensuring well-defined, homogenous architecture and blueprints across portfolio on how to deploy and manage our workload on different cloud and hyper scaler environments with simplicity, full automation, and small footprint principles in mind.
Responsible for assessment and selection of the cloud technology including data center (HW, compute, storage, networking, SDN), CaaS and PaaS frameworks and services across product portfolio to produce a cohesive portfolio architecture and blueprints with improved profitability and reduced TCO and TTM.
Provide quarterly Review of the outcome, status progress, risks, issues with head of Design & Architecture and leadership team.
Drive the multi-cloud blueprints and technology and architectural initiatives across CNS portfolio, including help define execution and adoption plan, metrics to track execution across organization via multi-cloud technology dashboard.
