Key Tasks :

Ensure the fulfillment of the industrial KPIS of production, effectiveness, setup, deviations, quality

Actively participate in continuous improvement;

Efficiently coordinate team

Participate in improving plant safety

Analyze the demands received from each client

Analyze the productive capacity of each process

Calculate the number workforce needed

Coordinate human resources more efficiently

LPAS realization

Participation in interdepartmental meetings

Compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Key Requirements :

3 years as a production technician, in the automotive industry

Industrian Engineering degree

Fluent English is a must, Portuguese and Spanish are a plus

SAP Knowledge and Lean Manufacturing Knowledge is a plus.
