  • Purpose
  • The Process Consultant delivers Design, Implementation and Consulting for all CEE Service Delivery ITSM Processes
  • Responsibilities
  • Operates for internal (Service lines) and external customers (FJ customers)
  • Consulting for CEE Service lines, process analysis and development in consultancy with CEE CoDEs (Center of Delivery Excellence)
  • Responsible for process design, implementation and enablement in T&T projects for cross function parts
  • Support for effort and project planning in T&T projects
  • Support for ITSM tool architecture in BID and T&T activities
  • Support for Presales / BID phases (CSLC) with standardized effort and cost calculation
  • Responsible for cross function (XF) PQCs together with Solution Design (XF) counterparts in CEE BIDs
  • Customer specific requirements management for process specifics (T&T projects)
  • Central role for process demands in CEE Service Delivery Organization
  • Qualifications
  • Knowledge of multilple ITIL processes
  • ITIL Certification preferable
  • German speaker preferable
