As a Customer Service Engineer, you will proactively manage a pool of Enterprise Customers to ensure that Jscrambler's high-quality standards are being put to use across all our products.
You are the main gateway to guarantee our customers' satisfaction, especially when they are in need of assistance but also when they need guidance on using our software.
What will your day-to-day be like?
Technically assist our Sales team (performing a demo, setting up a Proof-of-Concept with the customer, participating in meetings)
Experience and Qualifications :
Experience in similar support functions is valued.

Fluent / native in English.
