InnoWave is looking for an Application Support to integrate our Fintech client's team, based in Lisbon.
Application Support (M / F)
Monitor and alert management in order to meet the SLAs required
Develop tools and processes in the scope of service management
Analyze, document and improve internal processes and tools
Know the application flows and their functional analysis
Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or in similar areas
Good knowledge on Java and SQL
Good knowledge on scripting languages (e.g., KSH / Bash, Python)
Experience in using TIBCO and ELK stack
Experience in application support
Knowledge of standards and tools of good practices such as ITIL, ISO20000
Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a team
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Proactivity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often change
Developed sense of responsibility, oriented to customer solutions and associated improvements
Time and travel availability
Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
