We’re also a tight-knit group of friends who love spreading the travel bug. And guess what we’re hiring! We’re looking for an Operations Trainee to join our Fleet Team at our Lisbon headquarters.
What you ll do :
Support Indie Campers managing all fleet related activity;
Daily follow up and support on fleet topics with our operational teams;
Provide advice and guidance to our field operation teams and depots, making sure that vehicles are having a proper maintenance;
Help on archiving, labeling and organizing fleet related documentation
Collect and analyze fleet information from our platform, in order to advise and review fleet repairs and maintenance services according to each auto model;
Maximize vehicle availability and minimize downtime.
Who you are :
Enrolled or recently finished Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or similar;
Good automotive industry stakeholders understanding;
Fast learner and problem solver approach
Ability to prioritize and be organized
Easy to adapt and flexible
English proficiency;
Good communication skills;
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
