As a Hebrew customer care advisor for different lines of products, your native level of Hebrew and fluent English (C1 / C2) will be key to your outstanding performance at delivering the best solution to the customer’s needs.
You can’t forget that you are a direct representative of the company, so your mission is to always ensure that the client is satisfied.
You have to be available for a schedule 40 hours per week from Sunday to Thursday from 7 am to 4 pm at Lagoas Park, Oeiras.
