Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation Specialist (M / F)


We are currently recruiting for a Shared Service Center, which is currently expanding its team. This position will be part of the Continuous Improvement team, aiming to improve the financial processes of the group.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor the review / diagnosis of "End to End" processes, with a view to their optimization, automation and suitability to best practices;
  • Explore, evaluate and deliver solutions to teams, ensuring the satisfaction of expectations and the materialisation of efficiency gains;
  • Manage work teams in digital projects and continuous improvement of Shared Services;
  • Provide support documentation for implemented solutions;
  • Produce monthly reports on ongoing initiatives and implemented initiatives;
  • Act as point of contact with the IT department to monitor application support and evolution of joint initiatives.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and 2 years in similar functions;
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT Systems or similar;
  • Experience in project management - preferable;
  • Knowledge of process optimization methodologies;
  • Good knowledge of English - spoken and written;
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;
  • Experience in SAP - preferable
