Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation Specialist (M / F)

We are currently recruiting for a Shared Service Center, which is currently expanding its team. This position will be part of the Continuous Improvement team, aiming to improve the financial processes of the group.
Responsibilities :
Monitor the review / diagnosis of "End to End" processes, with a view to their optimization, automation and suitability to best practices;
Explore, evaluate and deliver solutions to teams, ensuring the satisfaction of expectations and the materialisation of efficiency gains;
Manage work teams in digital projects and continuous improvement of Shared Services;
Provide support documentation for implemented solutions;
Produce monthly reports on ongoing initiatives and implemented initiatives;
Act as point of contact with the IT department to monitor application support and evolution of joint initiatives.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and 2 years in similar functions;
Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT Systems or similar;
Experience in project management - preferable;
Knowledge of process optimization methodologies;
Good knowledge of English - spoken and written;
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;
Experience in SAP - preferable
