Main responsibilities : ? Cooperate with hiring managers in order to act as a recruitment force in order to understand recruiting demands and specific skill profiles.
Addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and develop key recruiting initiatives.
Develop and maintain job postings, web searching and data mining approaches using advanced search techniques to build talent pools for active and future vacancies.
Be updated with recruitment best practices, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels and techniques.
Cooperate with Marketing and Communications teams to develop strategies. ? Collaborate with Business, HR and Recruitment leadership to understand short and long term talent objectives.
Monitor service level agreements, client dependencies, key operational metrics, and process and data compliance regularly.
Skills : ? Bachelor Degree / Master Degree ? 1 year of relevant work experience ? Experienced in client facing, recruitment best practice environment, with in house recruitment specialist experience preferential.
Recruitment Systems knowledge / proficiency. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ? Able to work as a team member and independently.
Be creative and analytical on a problem solving environment. ? Fluency in English ? C1 or C2.
