ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Dutch Customer Support Fashion Advisor to represent our client’s brands by delivering outstanding customer service queries with clarity, passion and enthusiasm.
The advisor will also answer queries across a number of channels including email, chat, and phone.
Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries;
Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner;
Aim to resolve issues on the by phone call and be proactive;
Appropriately communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email;
Be able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs.
What we are looking for
Superb written and oral communication skills in both English (B2 level minimum) & Dutch (C1 / C2 level);
Team player with a positive attitude who thinks as a business owner would;
Availability to work various shifts;
Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills;
Prior customer service experience;
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Passion for fashion is a PLUS!
