The Marketing Automation (MA) Specialist role is pivotal in Fujitsu’s transformation to becoming a data-led, digital-first Marketing function.
The role sits within our Global MA Center of Excellence (CoE) team and entails responsibilites that span our entire MarTech and MA program, including planning, design, execution, analysis, and compliance.
International in scope, this role will involve working with a mix of internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries and regions globally, driving increased adoption and success of our MarTech & MA program

Marketing Automation Planning, Execution & Analytics
Manage marketing automation processes & activities across our chosen MA platform to improve return on investment (RoI). This will include campaign, email and landing page creation, program setup, lead scoring, lead management, data segmentation and reporting.
Utilizing MA and integrated MarTech, supporting the planning, design and implementation of global & regional cross-channel lead generation activities and nurturing programs to deliver marketing qualified leads and critical customer engagement insights to regional sales teams
Working closely with our strategic partner agencies where appropriate
Analyzing and optimizing MA activities & strategic programs in MA, working closely with multiple stakeholders to provide insights on campaign performance, and increase execution efficiency to boost RoI
Evangelizing MA by continually educating regional marketing teams around MA best-practices for global campaigns and promoting increased adoption and awareness of our MA CoE capabilities
Marketing Automation Governance & Compliancy
Working closely with Data & Legal teams, supporting all governance projects related to MA execution in connection to the wider technology and infrastructure operations to ensure the company remains compliant.
Ensuring regional MA platforms conform to defined operational standards
Ensuring Fujitsu mantains data governance through diligent management across MarTech ecosystem
Ensuring regional MA platforms remain GDPR compliant
Ensuring all MA activity execution adheres to relevant regional / local laws
Digital Marketing Enhancement
Using MA as a core platform, working across Marketing to optimize digital marketing practices including forms, web & social media integrations etc.
Utilizing MA in collaboration with Fujitsu’s Digital Team to maximize optimal distribution and effectiveness of our digital Marketing content / collateral
Ensuring strong alignment between MA and the wider MarTech / Marketing eco-system, seeking opportunities to automate and standardize manual processes wherever possible
Supporting the use of integrated MarTech such as GoToWebinar
Desired Experience & Knowledge
Educated to a degree level or equivalent
Excellent command of English
Experience of programme / project management
Proven experience of using Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Marketo or Pardot) to setup and execute email campaigns / nurture programs
Experience of using webinar technologies (e.g. GoToWebinar or ON24) to run cross-regional webinars
Knowledge of Salesforce.com use or administration is desirable
Familiarity with additional web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Strong aptitude for attention to detail / operational processes
Effective time-management skills when under pressure and dealing with a multitude of varying stakeholders
Holds a strong interest in customer experience and understand Marketing business strategy
Strong leadership and relationship management capabilities
