Our q-commerce solutions are going to completely change the way people think about grocery shopping.We are looking for an ambitious Product Management Intern to join one of our product teams to help us build and grow disruptive web and native q-commerce apps.
What you’ll do (and learn how to)
You will have a direct impact on the organisation and product initiatives from day one, progressing and developing necessary skills on the job.
On the daily basis you will :
Support gathering requirements and creating specifications for the introduction and optimisation of core features (from ideation through product design to development and release)
Help synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights to facilitate product decisions
Participate in customer interviews and prototype testing sessions
Partner with stakeholders from various departments (Marketing, Customer Care, Operations, Assortment, Engineering) to support transparent, customer-centric product development process
Analyse core product KPIs, funnels to build perfect understanding of user flows
Work closely with UX & UI designers to shape a top-notch customer experience
Work closely with the engineering team to assess feasibility and help plan the delivery of core features.
You will be a good fit, if you are :
a quick learner
curious by nature and like to investigate problems deeply to get a full understanding of their core
passionate about startups and digital products
fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)
Plus, it would be great if you have :
a Bachelor’s degree in technology- / business-related field (or are pursuing it)
a good knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office tool stack
strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from quant and qual data
excellent communication skills
Nice-to-have
prior project management experience (especially in tech environments)
experience in working with engineering and / or design teams
familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude
knowledge of fundamental UX / UI best practices
