You are responsible for the internal advising of an international logistics company
As Customer Agent you process internal requests for pricing and price fixing of delivery costs
You are responsible for any questions related to discounts and general services
You make sure that you give professional advice to the sales staff and thus guarantee a smooth process
You are fluent in the German language and have a good language skills of English
With three words you would describe yourself as friendly, communicative and customer-oriented
Your strengths include reliability, a structured way of working and a solution-oriented approach
Beside good computer skills, first experiences in customer service are a plus, but not a must
