You will help this company become the most adopted hotel management system in the world, by ensuring scalability of their white-label payments platform and ensuring growth of their transaction volumes.

Your key job responsibilities as the Payments Manager in Lisbon, Portugal :

  • Growing their payments offering and coverage within their focus markets in North America, Europe & Southern Africa
  • Ownership of the relationship with their payment infrastructure partner(s)
  • Leading their Payments team (currently 1.5 FTE)
  • Managing their Payments Product Manager to ensure product development and platform stability
  • Working alongside the Marketing team to ensure their payments solution is best represented through their website and marketing collateral to facilitate sales delivery
  • Maintaining and improving internal product knowledge of payment methods, payment mechanics and options
  • Understanding and interpreting the competitor landscape for PMS / HMS payments solutions
  • Advise the Leadership Team aligning their payments roadmap in respect to set growth target
  • Requirements for this Payments Manager job in Lisbon, Portugal :

  • 5+ years’ experience in Fintech and / or payment processing roles
  • Understanding of SaaS and white-label payment solutions
  • Track record of delivering revenue growth in fast paced scale up environment
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Experience with international entities & payments compliance
  • Excellent English communicative skills
  • Eye for detail
