Reporting to the Global Director Workforce Optimization, you will be primarily responsible for supporting financial planning, strategic analysis activities and develop measures of efficiency and automation.
Key responsibilities focus on month end reporting and analysis, supporting and coordinating planning budget and cost control activities, measure ROI across Customer Excellence initiatives and their respective forecasting activities.
This position will work closely with the WFM team inside WFO structure and with Customer Excellence leadership structure.
What you'll do
Assess Customer Excellence operational and strategic performance
Develop plans to materialize departmental strategy and analyze business proposals
Oversee month end consolidation activities and ensure compliance with Farfetch timelines and expectations
Aligning budget with departmental goals, processes, priorities and resource allocation
Ensure clear understanding and reporting of departmental, functional (i) cost, spending and (ii) headcount & FTE’s
Develop appropriate & adequate communication lines within the organization to enable proactive management and clear understanding costs by the departmental / functional leads.
Identifying threats and opportunities within the existing strategy, presenting findings, projections and recommended actions
Construct ROI analysis, build analytical models and feasibility studies to all CE projects
Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes relevant to the department strategy
Supporting and guiding senior management decision-making processes with ROI analysis
Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
5+ years of experience in progressive Operations roles
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (emphasis on accuracy and timeliness) while being able to step back and analyze the overall business impact.
Proficiency in the following areas : financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, technical accounting knowledge and experience with financial systems including reporting structure and hierarchy
Excellent skills with MS Excel and presentation are required; skills with SAP are preferred.
Excel expertise with advanced knowledge is required.
Able to define, quantify, and link the metrics used to measure progress on key strategic initiatives.
