Job Overview and Responsibilities
The HR Quality & Performance Manager will be part of the Solvay Business Services HR Service Line team. The HR Service Line team delivers operational support to over 20.
000 Solvay employees and Managers worldwide. This position will report directly to the Head of the HR Service Line, leading the transformation initiatives for the organization, while driving and monitoring the performance, quality and continuous improvement indicators for the organization.
Responsible for Performance Management of HR Service Line :
Builds, Develops and Monitors Dashboard and KPIs of the HR Service Line Performance
Leads annual execution planning and reporting for HR Service Line; defines function annual execution plan in line with function priorities.
Plans, designs, executes, analyses, reports, documents
Responsible for function headcount dimensioning and operational expenditures (OPEX) planning.
Handles crude data using the latest technologies and techniques, can perform the necessary analysis, and can present the acquired knowledge to key stakeholders in an informative way.
Responsible for Driving HR Service Line governance :
In collaboration withHR Service Line Leadership, defines and drives the HR Service Line governance, in alignment with the Solvay Business Services strategic objectives and HR Delivery models
Coordinates actions to deliver function objectives.
Acts as a change agent
Develops and implements integration and transformation programmes, as well as special projects across HR Service Line; applying continuous improvement methodologies for higher efficiency and quality.
Facilitates leadership and transformation steering meetings; leads in agenda development and content preparation. Responsible for content quality.
Responsible for driving quality
Facilitates process automation and analytics.
Solves highly complex or novel problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment
Drive standardization and global adoption of harmonized processes
Education and Experience
Experience on performance and quality management
Experience driving governance and transformation
Project Management experience
Experience in HR processes (preferred)
Experience on support, training and promotion actions around CRM and other related tools
Proficient with data mining tools (e.g. Data studio, Qlik Sense, Power BI)
5 years experience in a Global Business Services / Shared Services context (preferred)
Ability to communicate clearly with both senior leaders and technical specialists as well as being business-oriented and people-oriented
