The Machine Learning Operations Team
We are a lean team working closely with the Data Warehousing, Data Science and DevOps Teams. The main focus of this team is to build and provide Services and Infrastructure to the Data Science Team to move models into production while following best practices.
As a data driven company this position is a vital one for the growth and success of Marley Spoon. Expect to face challenges from every single department and bring Machine Learning to all parts of the business.
Your responsibilities include :
Work closely with data scientists to make machine-learning algorithms production-ready using AWS services, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes.
Improve, maintain and monitor the Data Infrastructure in AWS using Terraform and Terragrunt.
Monitor, optimize and improve our existing ML Pipelines and help us follow best practices.
Requirements
Experience writing production grade code using Python
Experience with the Machine Learning life-cycle
Experience with Docker
Experience with Airflow
DevOps basic understanding and willingness to learn and take on infrastructure tasks
Experience with SQL
A structured way of working
Passion for building things from scratch and improving existing components
Passionate about food and / or cooking
You're a team player and a fan of knowledge sharing & learning
You are proactive and come up with ideas on how to move the product forward
