As an User Support Advisor you will be part of a multilingual team, where you will provide outstanding multi-channel support via phone, email and live chat to users of this online video sharing platform.
This is an exciting role where you guide your customers through different options and troubleshoot any technical issues they experience.
Besides this, you will answer any questions they may have in regards to posting videos, arranging password resets as well as any other general customer queries.
Although this is a multi-channel support role, the majority of client interaction is done via live chat and therefore multi-tasking and being able to handle multiple chats at the same time will be important in this job.
