We are looking for people with the following skills :

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Available for different Shifts (Homeworking is possible)
  • Previous experience as Customer Expert is a plus
  • Digital frame agility is a plus (emailing; chatbot; phone, etc)
  • Some knowledge of sales leads, opportunities, and reporting in a CRM context
  • Experience with helpdesk tools is also appreciated
