Who are we looking for?

Accenture Portugal is looking for dynamic and bilingual individuals to join our talented team of Customer Experience Associates working on projects for one of our global leading clients.

Your work

You will work on one of our digital marketing projects in the Technology Industry. You will specifically communicate with Clients that are based in the French-speaking markets and be their first point of contact regarding billing / technical issues and upselling.

It is a B2B Customer Care role.
