Market and Competitive Intelligence Manager Telesign


  • Become an expert in the direct and adjacent markets Telesign operates in
  • Own market sizing, competitive analysis, and customer feedback (win / loss) programs.
  • Evaluate broader industry trends and size market opportunities for investment
  • Collect insights on key competitors from earnings calls, events, field interviews, and more to provide intelligence to cross-functional stake holders
  • Understand technology trends relevant to our market space to identify opportunities to differentiate and make threat assessments with respect to competitive positioning
  • Create and maintain competitive pricing, feature, and offering analysis to be used by the Portfolio Strategy team in developing product roadmaps, market expansion investments, and new product development.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to gather and analyze competitive data across our customer lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain our win / loss program with Vendor support.
  • Requirements

  • Experience in CPaaS, cybersecurity, communications, and fraud prevention industry
  • Background in engineering or technical implementations or relevant technical or technical analysis experience
  • 3 years+ of in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, product marketing, or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment Demonstrated ability to augment and manipulate large data sets and convert them into meaningful analysis
  • Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior
  • Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
