Landing was founded under the belief that individuals must have ownership of their professional careers in order to ensure their ability to keep-
up with the future of work. Essentially, our mission is to change the way careers are planned and executed.This role is critical to our team’s future as you’ll assure our team’s output meets scalability, robustness and security requirements.
You’ll mentor less experienced team members and help the team maintain and build new features to further our product as a whole.
You’ll lead an agile team having direct impact on the company’s product roadmap and your team’s growth. You’re also expected to learn about the business and become very well versed in HR Tech, in order to help our Product Owners deliver the product backlog in an efficient manner.
Your routine will consist of managing the scrum sprints and making sure our development team delivers the backlog by means of :
Coding (as we want someone who’s also hands-on)
Help design and execute our technical roadmap
Code reviews and implementing development best practices
1-on-1’s and reporting
Working closely with the Product Owner
5-8 years building usable, stable, maintainable and testable web solutions
Previous experience leading, mentoring and training people
Able to make sure the development efforts are always aligned with the product vision
Strong emotional intelligence skills that foster constructive feedback and idea sharing
Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum)
DevOps grasp and approach "you build it, you run it"
