The IT Project Manager job position, is within the Finance Division of Wealth Management Information System (WMIS), located in Lisbon.

Tagetik EP Wealth Management (WM) project has been launched in September 2018, in order to deploy a new application based on Tagetik technology for all Wealth Management business line KPI reporting.

This central application will be used by Management & Control team in Paris, but also by local sites Finance teams (Geneva, Monaco, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Germany).

Your Main Activities Are

  • Define functional requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.
  • Define the new requirements impact on existing business / IT architecture, processes / strategic vision and principles

  • Be responsible for delivery & enhancement of project documentation, such as Requirement Statement Sheet, General Functional Requirement Document, and Detailed Functional Requirement Document, CAM documentation, Project Card
  • Collaborate with developers (WMIS & IT Group), WMIS Functions, Business units and subject matter experts to establish the functional & technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs;
  • identify upfront dependencies with other teams potentially involved within the project

  • Elaborate and execute the change management plan with the users of the solutions. Perform testing to verify solution and coordinate UAT with end users
  • Elaborate and follow up the project roadmap and costs (estimation vs budget).
  • Be responsible for project teams coordination (regular follow up meetings) and communication with Sponsors (SteerCo preparation & presentation) as well as be the SPOC of WMIS for communication with Group PERSEUS (ex.
  • Operational Committee)

    Profile and Skills to Success

  • 3 to 5 years as Project Manager and IT Business Analyst
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Strong Financial Accounting and Management control skills : Items of Balance Sheet & Off Balance Sheet, Accounting rules of Financial instruments, Standard financial KPI, Ideally within a Wealth Management context
  • Knowledge on Wealth Management specific KPI could be an advantage
  • Open minded on new analytical and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and with others people in an international context
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with
  • Ability to deliver, results driven
  • Knowledge of Tagetik technology could be an advantage
